1. Venue
Ymca – 26 King David St,
Ziv Sports Gym – 137 Herzel Blv

2. Competition information

• A team consists of 6 to maximum 8 players.
• Number of teams that can participate: 16
boys teams and 8 girls teams
• One coach per squad.
• Numbered jerseys in unison color must be worn by all team members.
• Players are not permitted to wear head/sweat bands not approved by Head Referee
• Net height is for boys 232 cm and girls 224 cm.
• Matches will be played with the official ball.
• There will be separate tournaments for girls and boys: 6-a-side.
• All athletes must be able to show their identification card. When unable to show the identification card, participation is not possible.
• Depending on the number of entries, teams will be entered into pools of up to 4
teams.
• Preliminary rounds (Group Stage–League System)
• Each team will play all other team in their group once.
• Boy’s tournament: 16 teams will be divided into 4 groups.
• Girl’s tournament: 8 teams will be divided into 2 groups.
• Two points will be awarded for a win, one point for a loss and zero point for a withdrawal.
• The team ranking first place in each group will advance to semi-finals.
• In the case of the teams in the same pool have the same number of points, the final standings will be decided by the following order:
1 Head to head between the teams concerned.
2 set difference – the greater – resulting from the group matches ONLY between the teams concerned.
3 Greater number of set won in all group matches ONLY between the teams concerned.
4 Lowest number of set lost all group matches ONLY between the teams Concerned.
5 If still undecided, the winner will be decided by a coin flip by the head referee.
• Final rounds (Knock-out Stage):
• Allocation draw for semi-final will be held after preliminary round of all groups finished.
• The semi-finals will be between the 4 group winners.
• The final will be between 2 semi-finals winners.
• All the players must be in the venue 50 minutes before the designated fixture

3. Competition rules:

• The regulations of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) are leading in the races.
• The match is played in two sets won by 25 points, with a possible third set up to 15 points.
• Ball is being played – MVA 200
• A ball is “in” when the imprint of the ball is visible on the line
• A team may have three contacts with the ball after the third contact, the ball must be played to the opponent
• Change sides after 8 and 16 points played. In the third set change sides after 8 and 13 points. Disputes Any dispute will be resolved in compliance with R&A and USGA rules and the clauses included in the ICG sports rules. Such disputes will be heard by the Protest
Committee.
5. Disciplinary Rules
• The ICG Code of Conduct must be adhered to at all times. Athletes and coaches will be excluded from the Games for indecent behaviour, offence made through words and/or actions, violent behaviour, and abusive language.
• All delegations have to comply with any instruction given by the venue staff.
• Coaches are responsible for the well-being and behaviour of their athletes at all times.
6. Medals
• The following Medals will be awarded:
GOLD – for team ranking first in the competition
SILVER – for team ranking second in the competition
BRONZE – for team ranking third in the competition
• Medalists should be present at the ceremony and must wear their team uniform.
7. Training Schedule

8. Medical
A First Aid Service will be available on site. Full Medical Service will be available at one of the hospitals in Jerusalem.
9. Technical Meeting
Technical meeting will be held on July 30, 9 am at Bait Vagan Guesthouse.
